NA SOFT TOP REPLACEMENT ADVICE

Post by GRUVBB » Thu Mar 30, 2017 11:01 am

Anyone purchased from here on EBay or know if a better cheaper option to replace my damaged softtop....Any advice I should be awafe of. I assume Miata shapes are same as MX5....only a name difference.
My car is 89 Roadster from Japan.
Thanks in advance. Tim.

yup got mine from ebay - robbins budget top was about 150usd free shipping in usa then used youpost to get it here for under 300nzd all up delivered
same ones as on tardme for $600nzd or more

miata/mx5/eunos all the same top
nb roof frame is slightly different
some good guides to fitting on miata.net-
dont believe them when they say you can leave the frame on the car ......
you have to remove it to get to a few spots and its easier
and there is a lot of adjustment when it goes back on

took me about 3 hours with beer and a nice big padded table to work on
