And I just read this quote from NZHondas.com in a thread titled "Stupid stuff you've seen at the lights/while stopped"
Saw a guy whacking one off once. Mid 50's guy in a MX5.

if you are bringing your '5 just remember to bring your $5 entrance fee/donation for the rescue helicopter people, a service that I hope none of us ever need :)

Yeah lots of fun with the roof down, but it looks so much better with the roof on. I'll see how I feel in the morning.

For those who aren't on facebook, heres a few average photos from me. Was nice to see some of the out of towners, and the in towners considering how slack we are with meet ups.

I'm sure therell be more from people with better cameras later on :p

It was really nice to catch up with you all again, I had a pretty bloody good day :)

It was however disappointing to see some 'gansters' there ..... I am unsure what those hand signals mean, but I assume it signifies rape, murder and other nefarious things like not returning your shopping trolley to the stand when you do your grocery shopping.

damn hooligans!

looked like a good way to spend your afternoon, shame it seems any thing like this in CH CH never seems to happen.
The CH CH MX5 club seem to do SFA ,apart from "Wine trails" and like.
Even offered them to drop a monthly new letter to work to hand out,
Happened once in the last 3 years i think.I know we had quakes and stuff to deal with, but hey, time to move on.

Pleased all you guys look to have had some fun for the day.
