PPF Brace/IConcept Tie rods group buy

Post by Furai » Fri Nov 23, 2012 6:54 pm

Right Im doing this fast so you dont have long to jump in.

I ordering some PPF braces and Tierods from Japan. If you want either and to combine shipping so its cheaper then this is the way.

Both work out to about $250 by themselves so expect it to be lower than that.

I can vouch for the ppf brace. Makes shifting at redline super smooth - sure it adds more noise and vibrations but that's just character

And I can vouch for the tierods, give that bit extra lock and are nice and meaty.

Are you guys upgrading your diff mounting bushes before putting that brace on? Cos they really do the same thing, so you are adding a metal brace to make up for shitty diff bushes?

I can see the tie rod ends, more locks probably a desirable attribute but what's the other thing, the link ain't working :D

Did all the bushes (except sway bars as they're getting swapped out) earlier in the year. Can also vouch for that as being very worthwhile.

Im making up for shitty diff bushes at the moment, but may not fit it yet.

For anyone else this is over I have ordered the stuff.

Even with the diff bush upgrade, I am still getting axle tramp off the line which is why I have ordered the brace.
