It looks like all the Red has washed off your roof, landed on the driveway and left some black plastic looking residue behind.
Maybe you should have masked your driveway before painting the car or borrowed a booth... Hope its a rental?

I wetsanded in the driveway
It's just dust and it's already washed away. We own the place, luckily - means I can fix stuff when its broken.
As for the rake - proven to outperform a dead flat MX5. I do need new rear bumpstops though

Yep. One at the front, two at the rear (could probably be taken the wrong way...) is how the car is setup. Any lower and I hit everything, any higher and I start looking stock
Might go back to stock height to make the car even more subtle in the car park

Cheers. Unfortunately like any car it's never finished
Ah well, only a few more big items left on it and the hopefully it's all about driving rather than installing stuff
Still trying to think of other things I'd like on it and at the top of my new wishlist is the super rare NB clock that sits on the cluster guage since I pulled my old clock out. Just not sure where to find them since I only ever saw 2 on yahoo.jp over the years

My random piece of insulation for the tunnel arrived. Hopefully it does what it said and reduces hot foot on hot days... Probably won't but worth a try since the box needs to come out anyway making installation easy

I have always wanted to break the silhouette of my car in certain places and I love the look of flared arches but I can't justify adding flares because it would require new wider rims and tyres, so I am going to have a tutu with these, some golf mk3 wheel arch trim. Who knows it may look awful, but I'll have some fun in the meantime

I love the new car Mat, it looks more awesome than a bear holding a machinegun surfing on a shark!
I assume you will be replacing the stylebar with a cage at some point.....

LooksNice Matt.... Did those rolled metal pipes behind the headrest help you to make a decision on this particular vehicle.... Good to see a car colour that is not everywhere!!!! Its a lot darker than I thought it would have been.

Cheers Mate, nah the style bar had nothing to do with the decision, a roll cage was always on the cards for my new one anyway. style bars wont do anything....
what sold me on it, was not only the colour but the fact it is in really nice original condition, the only additions to the car have been the style bar and a set of air-horns...
but the colour is real dark, and it changes with the light, for instance at night it is black
