The best place to centre the hole is directly between the two bolts that fasten the water bottle to the firewall so it gets spun around and screwed to the rear side of the wheel well (about 20cm from where it origionally was). There is a pic where you can just see the top of it on my Cardomain site.

Its not that ideal as it means you have less capacity in the bottle, so a fabricated bracket to keep it slightly more upright would have been better, but as I almost never used the window washer it never bothered me.
