I haven't seen any Konig wheels in NZ but most of the wheels designs you see on those american websites are available here under different Brand names. Like Jeff said, check out the Lenso range which is widely available here. Getting the correct sizes (and offsets) will probably be the biggest headache, as shops mostly sell 17" and bigger rims for Falcomodores and front wheel drive imports so thats usually all they bother to import and stock. Wouldn't most mag & tyre shops have a set of scales? If not you could always take your bathroom scales along with you.

the racing hart cpo 35 is available in Nz (looks like
a rota slipstream??) but are VERY easy to bend. you
could try your luck with getting some second hand 15
inchers from a boy racer whos trading up to 17" mags.
Ive seen some pretty cool mags from toyota
levin/sprinter imports.
Theres lots of mxs cruising around with cool exotic
mags (VOLK, ADVAN, MUGEN)and the owners(not in the MX
club) have absolutly no idea what they are, they "just
came with the car when i bought it at the dealer"
.AAAAAAARRRGGGGHHHHH!!! A Total waste!!

I had a look at the RacingHart CP035 in Mag and Turbo yesterday. They
are pretty light, but they don't look great and they only seem to be
available in white. They did have some secondhand RacingHart lightweight
wheels (not CP035) but they were white too. One surprising thing I found
out was that Toyo T1S tyres are actually cheaper in 17" than in 15".
Apparently they import ten times as many so they cost less. After all my
searching I did find some lightweight wheels and the price can't be
beaten (they're free). They were on Morvens car when we bought it and
they were lying in my garage. I wanted to know how much my current wheels
weighed, but didn't want to take the tyres off to do that. I weighed one
of Morven's old wheels with a T1S on it, weighed another that didn't have
a tyre and then subtracted. Turns out my current wheels are 6.5 kgs each
(14.3lb) which isn't too bad, but not great either. Morven's old ones are
Racing Sparco and they only weigh 4.5kg (9.9lbs) which is about as light
as you get. Needless to say I took them straight to Arrow wheels to get
them straightened and tidied. I can't wait to try them and see if I can
feel the difference. On Mon, 4 Aug 2003 10:16:01 +0100 (BST), glenn
