Hi mike.
Yes i go on NZ prices as i live in NZ!:)
Are you saying that you are getting the shocks from an
overseas dealer or one here in NZ???
Shocks arent something that id get "grey imported" as
ive had a shock absorber die after being on a car for
just two weeks, if id imported it, i would have been
up the creek as far as warranty goes, and that
outweighs any savings.
Yes, you can get non height adjustable shock/spring
packages like the ones from FM:
http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?act ... entid=1604
for up to $1300 that are good but i stand by my
statement that good threaded perch adjustables are
around $2500 no matter where in the world you get them
from. Most TEIN kits start at US$1800.Flyin miata has
these ones also:
http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?act ... emid=85575
As i understand it the Illuminas arent thread height
adjustable.
The king springs comment was only an example, there
are many lower and harder spring sets available,(like
the FM ones.) , the kings just came to mind first.
So... just how cheap are your shocks/springs??
