Radiator Hoses

Hey all (again)

My radiator hoses are pretty hard and that makes me nervous
(from bad experience), and someone (I think Nigel e) told me
this can put a lot of stress on the header tank when the
engine moves, which makes a lot of sense. So replacements
(top and bottom) are due, has anyone bought some lately?
Cheap sources perhaps?
