Standard dial faces

Anybody in Christchurch got a standard set of dial faces I can borrow for a
couple of days .. NA model. My signwriter can produce a decent set of white
faces provided he can get the originals to scan. He has patterns for dozens of
old cars and new ones but not the MX5. The quality of his work is brilliant .
Once he has the pattern he charges 70 bucks for a completed set with the colour
of your choice

Yep . I did . Thanks for that Nigel . The reason i need a standard set is that
my signwriter needs the positions of the needle holes and odometer cutout etc
as his machine automatically cuts these out . They are also finished on a
plastic and can be back lit in colour . Once he has a pattern he can supply to
club members at a real keen price Nigel. I have seen a lot of the gauge faces he
has made for Rice Boys here and they are excellent.

Someone must have a set of MX5 faces laying around :)
I don't want to take mine out yet as I use the car every day.

Wat is your home address and I will post you a set on loan. To scan the
original you need to take the stopper pins off RPM and oil guages which
basicaly buggars them !
I have the ones I used to get my scans.

You also need to work out what you are going to do with the needles as white
on white is not too good for seeing what speed you are doing !!
