I had Wairau Alignment (? next to the motorway by Wairau Pk) recommended to
me by Ray ... they did a good job and even humoured me by letting me sit in
it while they did the alignment (see the Lanny alignment) .

I know nothing about alignment but I do know a bit about customer service and
I agree with Kate & Michael's last remark. If you are dissatisfied, make sure
you let them know so you give them the chance to put it right. They might have
had a rogue mechanic or someone on an off day - we all get it wrong sometimes.
What often marks a good business from a bad one is how they handle a
complaint.

I took my car to a place on Beach Rd. ..if you are in Auckland, they know
mx-5 backwards as far as alignment set ups go and tyres, I think they called
Pits or The Pit. They are down near the bottom of Symonds St.
