Which is the Best alarm

Hi all.
I am looking to fit an alarm to my MX5 and am interested to know what
alarms others have fitted.
This is my 3rd MX5 and on my first many years ago I had an Alpine 8047
fitted.
It was amazing. It never went off accidentally and had an external and
internal radar field
so that if someone were to reach in to the open car it would first give
a warning and then
of course go off if they were to persevere.
The internal sensor was mounted in the middle console and accurately
adjusted to the top
of the doors with windows down and to the back parcel tray.
I have searched the net and cant find these anymore.
Is there anything similar that someone may recommend to me.
Cost of unit, installation cost and where to fit ?
I dont know much about the star rating etc and what is required for best
possible
insurance premium.
