mystery connectors under seats

Post by johngalt » Tue Oct 06, 2009 5:10 pm

Hey guys, I found two white plugs under each seat, they were all unplugged. one of two plugs i guess goes to the headrest speakers (93 1800 ) but the other two are a mystery. Each one has about 8 wires going into it
. I plugged them in but nothing happened. Any ideas? cheers

my '96 had seat belt buzzers which were swiftly disconnected... if you
plug it in and turn the ign on without belting up you'll find out !

2 votes for seat belt reminder buzzers - my 94 has the connectors (but they were disconnected when I got it)

Some seats are setup for 3 speaker setup,X 24"speakers and X1 6" speaker in the back of the seat,But they normally have a 6 pin plug, and seat-belt buzzers as well,The original seat-belts are removed when these cars hit the country as used imports as they put in NZ spec belts.
