1993 S Ltd Head Rest Speakers

Post by brentweaver » Mon Sep 01, 2008 2:27 pm

Hi all, its a long time since I posted on the Forum, I have had my car in pieces for about 9months. One thing leads to another etc but i'm on the rebuild at last. The headrest speakers looked so dirty when I removed the cover I cleaned it all up. Now that I have, I am wondering if the messy looking stuff was a thin foam covering the holes in the speaker housing. It is sticky & that makes you wonder if it was perished foam. Has anyone else come upon this problem & can advise me. Thanks & cheers. Brent

Hi & thanks for your comment. No not at this time, I may bore you with the details at some later stage. To get mobile again is my priority. Brent.
