Hi, after some advice, my car has developed a KNOCK when I am turning at low speed from the front of the car (cant hear it when a bit faster) seems ok in a straight line..........any ideas?

Also look at steering rack ends, and tie rod ends.

mine does it on aggressive full lock turning but stops once it starts to slide
