Tyres

Post by DBM58 » Mon Nov 28, 2011 9:11 pm

It is time to put new tyres on my NA 1.6. However, I have found that the Bridgeston Grid III and RE101s are no longer available. It sounds as though the reason is the same as that for the Toyos, ie. that with the increased use of 15" and greater in new cars, this sort of tyre is no longer made for 14" rims. So then, I would be grateful to hear any advice on suitable replacements.

Thanks.
David

Tyres

I changed several years ago from Bridgestone to Dunlop Direzza DZ101 and have found them a very comparable tyre. I last purchased a set of 14" earlier this year. So they may still be available in 14's
