Cert Legal Tyres for 8 inch wide wheels

Post by Kieran » Fri Jun 21, 2013 5:10 pm

As title says
I cannot find any tyres besides 225/50R15 balloons that are legal for a 8 Inch wide wheel
What tyres are you guys running?

As 8 Inch is 203.2mm I would have thought some 205/50R15 would suffice apparently not...

But those tyres should be legal on a 9 inch!!
I run 165/55R15 on my 15x6
So I want to run 205/45R15 on a 15x8
Or 225/45R15 on a 15x9

Also hubs will be ordered when my amex bill rolls over 8)

After reading through that list, I saw that 195/50 isn't allowed on a 15x7.5

Lame.
