When I go over a small, sharp bump (i.e. the fairly smooth speed bump on my street), I hear a small 'knock' from the front of the car (i.e. suspension or steering related)
Any ideas what it is? Sway bar bushing? Top hats?

No, standard suspension (well, standard NB RS suspension which are Bilstein shocks and stiffer rates)

I've got the same type of knock at the front left of mine, I believe it's from the spring shifting.
I keep meaning to pull out the shock and wire the spring in the top & bottom to see if that silences it...
I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.
