Wheel markings

Hi ...can anybody decipher these markings for me? Does it relate to off-set? Cheers.

they look like manufacture date markings cast into the wheel.
looks like the wheel was made in june or july 2009. you can just see the dots amongst the hashes that stop halfway through the 09 pattern.
the e2 stamp could be a european standard marking indicating it was made in/or tested in france or to a french standard.
