Dunno, haven't had a change to fiddle around with it too much as yet. I did adjust the front ones before this post to them being maxed out, the rattle has stopped for the moment, but now it leaks on the passenger side when it rains. Hopefully get some time this weekend to pull it off and fiddle arou...

Yeah, guess I could play around with the rear tabs, hope I can get the screws up, they are a little bit rusted over, as it has been a while since I changed anything back there.

Yeah, the tabs are there, but the rattle is from the front of the hardtop, not the rear.

Hardtop Adjustment

So what do you do when you can no longer adjust the hardtop latches because they are maxed out, but your hardtop still rattles around?

From the look of it, someone didn't pay the domain renewal in time, so it was suspended, and was pending release to the general public, but I guess somone has done the renewal now.

Is the shaking with the softop up, or happens whether it is up or down. When I first got my NA, if I took the roof off it, it would shake something cronic, put the hardtop on, and it was as good as gold. I just ended up leaving the hardtop in place, as I bought the car for it's handling, rather than...

Sorry REDBEN, it's next year and still haven't painted her, but did buy new suspension, Xida Supermiata's, spring rate 14kg front, 9kg rear. I guess technically I bought these last year, as order and paid for them in September, but they only turned up in the last couple of weeks. Now just have to pu...

Yes I can, and can grab both axle and moved them in opposite directions, so guessing that means it is a LSD, not welded.

Just in regards to the diff, I ended up finding a solution for not having to touch the A-arms, or move the position of the shocks or anything like that. Originally the shocks were touch and rubbing against the CV joints and destroyed them in about 200km, and that was after the muppets that put the r...
