so you have front and rear upgraded sways? generally as people go stiffer springs they keep the rear sway standard or delete it all together as the rear becomes too lively. your spring rates arent that stiff. 8kg or even 10kg frnts are pretty common. most common seems to be a 8kg/5kg with an upgrade...

15x7 is a good size with a 205/50/15. just make sure it's LIGHT. dont be tempted to get 15x8 as there is only one tyre that can be legally fitted to it. if you want grip then a good lightweight 15x7 or 15x7.5" with a 205/50 is a good combo as is a 16x7 with a 205/45 on it. you'll be lucky to find an...
