I must dig my spare manifold out,Bought a dremel tool to do it and throttle body gaskets,got most of it done,all smoothed and everything,been sitting in my locker at work for a couple of years now,I was thing of HPC coating it.

So what engine have you used ?,Is it a standard NA 1.6?,or a NB 1.6?,2 quite different motors when it comes to ECU and timing side of things.

Before you pull it ,Do a compression test,That will tell if it is worth while doing just the head,or if has got really hot and stuffed the rings. See it at work,Higher km cars needing a another head due to blown gasket,not checking the lower half,wacking a good head on only to find the car now burns...

Don at Autoways in Hamilton can do it,about a 3-4 day turn around.
Just make sure the rest of the engine us upto it if you are going to rev it that hard.
Won't with ABS cars and later 16bit ECU's i believe

Had a few quiet minutes here at work,just done a container the other day from Japan and found this stainless fuel flap cover,seems to have found it's to my car,bit of drilling and hey presto !

It's a high spec one with ABS brakes ,Nardi steering wheel and stainless trim and BBS's,I think you will find it's all factory,
possibly a "C" package

Not the police you need to worry about,Just if you got a anal WOF guy,
you would get away with it if you use a regular WOF guy that's not a stickler for the rules.

I would imagine there's a heap of other stuff to work out first before needing worry about the window

i,m fairly sure there are 2 different filament brightness in them, All i can say is when driving with the factory lights during the day,using your indicator,you can't really see them flashing when you pull up behind another car,With these lights ,you see it flashing,Alot more visible to other motori...
