first of all putting a rubber mount at the gearbox is defeating the purpose of the brace as it will move around . secondly looking at your face book posts you have lowered the a lot more than when Cole owned it if it is hitting on the bump stops all the time the jaring will make the manifold crack a...

no brace is going to cure this problem the PPF brace will stiffen the diff movment and actually make it more noticeable [did on my car ] if you have a fault with the car i would look at the rear bushes if that is all okay them try lifting the rear of the car by 5 to 10mm .

you should not coat or wrap stainless steel headers because the added temp to the inside of the pipe will cause them to fatigue and crack faster and if they have been hpc coated you can not weld them so you have to buy new ones ,polishing will only last till first start up unless you are going to po...

i have just finished making a set of 45mm ITBs for my 1800 .
45mm are to big for a 1600 for low down power .
bigger is not always best my cylinder head guy has dunn allot of testing on his flow bench and on some race engines they make the ports smaller and achive more hp and torque.

from that photo i would say that your master cylinder was to small and not pushing enough fluid to fill the caliper properly. iwould replace the master with a 15/16 one .
