Engine bay cleaning/detailing
I'm after something that you would basically coat the engine with (even the more delicate areas if possible), leave it for a short time then hose off. I've seen a product called 'Gunk' which is a foaming degreaser type thing that you can coat everything with. It looks ideal but its only in the State...

The certifier said to me that the only way to really go outside the camber tolerances is if the car's tires had a flat contact patch. In hindsight it doesn't really make sense because more camber=less contact. With 195/45 stretched on an 8" you aren't going to achieve that anyway. Heres what mine lo...

Front camber adjustment isn't an issue I don't think, only the rear. 290mm with 195/45/r15's is the lowest that the cert guy could get my car to get it within tolerance. If you have fatter tires, you might be able to get away with slightly more camber as long as you have a good contact patch between...

for starters, I don't think that light is required for a warrant. Sorry man I'll have to correct you on that one. I got pinged for having mine too dim (had a small leftover LED bulb in there with the same base, but didn't give out 360 degree light) when taking it through VTNZ. Then again, it was VT...

Check o2 sensor, air filter, plugs/leads. Check the condition of the oil too. A lot of people (including myself) have had mileage problems when they first bought their NA. Its an old car and it may be behind on maintenance. I started off getting shit km's out of a tank, but after doing all those thi...
