Got to do some high speed drifting at Pukekohe and even managed to finish 4th in Pro-sport class(Theres D1-Pro and Pro-sport which used to be called Pro-am) Got clocked on several entries over 160Kmh and the highest I saw was 166Kmh on the radar list. Speedo is fairly accurate as it was showing 170-...

So had my first crack at competition level over the weekend. D1NZ Pro sport which is the feeder series for D1NZ-Pro. Drove the car 3 hours down to Tauranga and my prayers were answered as it was soaking wet! I got in a decent amount of practice dialing in the car for the conditions. https://scontent...

So got the ITBs and new head in, not much power difference in figures but peak power and torque have moved up in the rev range. Peak power is at nearly 8000 and torque is flat from about 5000-7000 before it slightly drops off. https://41.media.tumblr.com/b53c51c2a4e4a593d1e8f2c0a212d570/tumblr_nzmj4...

Went for my first hillclimb today, was awesome fun. Had never been out this way or on this road but was great. A few close moments but came away unscathed.

No offence SLYDIT but I dont think you know how retail works. In NZ we are missing 2 things, quantity and proximity. Prices always work off those(among other things), we simply are far away and dont order enough to help bring down shipping or manufacturing costs and it will cost more. The same then ...

Had an unplanned drive at Hampton today after reinstalling the original 12/10K springs, managed to get down to a high 1:23 even though I had Bluearths at the front and pre drift worn Westlakes on the rear.
